Rental terms
Simple rules for rentals at Cycle Station. Messaging us to book means you accept these terms.
Requirements
No cash deposit and no document held at the shop. Please send a photo of your passport and your accommodation details in Nha Trang (hotel or stay address).
Pickup and delivery
Individual bicycle and e-bike rentals are shop pickup only at 70 Trần Phú. Baby strollers and wheelchairs include free delivery in Nha Trang. Delivery for larger or group orders is arranged via chat — message us for a quote.
Accessories
All accessories are free when you pick up the rental. Please return them with the rental item.
Damage and loss
You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for loss or theft of rented equipment during the rental period. Contact us immediately if something happens. Repair or replacement costs may apply.
Late return
Please return equipment by the agreed time. Late returns may be charged using the next package step or a daily rate discussed with staff.
Cancellations
Tell us as soon as plans change. Same-day no-shows without notice may affect future bookings. Paid add-ons already ordered may be non-refundable once prepared.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome during 09:00–17:00. Availability is first-come, first-served when you have not reserved in advance.
